E.    CHILDREN’S INFORMATION – Working Together to Help Keep Children Safe.

ieCrowd recognizes that our company and our online service providers must be vigilant in protecting the safety and privacy of children online. Toward that end, our services, mailing lists, and the members-only portions of our site are not designed for children under the age of 13, and ieCrowd does not knowingly market to, solicit information from, or collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, without obtaining verifiable parental consent.

ieCrowd strongly supports educating parents and Young Internet users on safe viewing practices. We offer a number of links (see below) to websites that provide guidance to help children and parents avoid encountering objectionable content or communications while using our services. Some of these links will connect parents with experts, and help give parents the technical knowledge to help keep kids safer online.

Regrettably, there are those who use the Internet to view, store and distribute child pornography (or who engage in other types of illegal activity involving children). Child pornography is subject to severe criminal penalties and using the ieCrowd network to view, store or distribute it violates our service contracts. The ieCrowd network may not be used by customers in any manner for the storage, transmission or dissemination of images containing child pornography or other abuse, and we will report any instances of such activity of which we become aware to all appropriate law enforcement authorities.

If You have a complaint about or report of child pornography, the soliciting of children for sexual activity, or any other illegal or inappropriate activity involving children on an ieCrowd service, report it to us immediately by contacting us. Please include the word "ABUSE" in the subject line of Your email. You can also make a report directly to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through its CyberTipline located at

As mentioned above, additional Internet safety resources and information are available at the following links:

The websites listed above are a small sampling of the numerous websites and hotlines available for use by parents and children.  Although ieCrowd does not sponsor any of the above sites, and is not responsible for their content, reliability or functionality, we do encourage parents and children to conduct their own research about the safety resources that are available to help keep children safe.
